i think it's important that electrical and hybrid cars get notice any way that they can, but seriously, that's a lame name for a movie.

it should be more like "who framed the electric car?" with a scene of an anamorphic electrical car grabbing an investigator by the shirt collar and begging him for help. "Help me, p-p-p-please, Eddy!"

and then the electrical car gives Eddy a big, fat wet one.

I think the documentary is sort of structured and narrated as if it were a murder mystery, which is fairly clever. I like the framed idea though. Geez, I haven't seen that movie in years.
